Park Townhomes Of Lake Meadows Nears Closeout

The Park Townhomes Of lake Meadows is approaching closeout, as only four homes remain for sale in Phase I. The community of 39 three-story townhomes is being developed by The Thrush Cos. on Chicago's South Side.

He explained that the property on which the townhomes sit is extensively landscaped with shrubs, trees and lush greenery. Adjacent to the Park Townhomes Of Lake Meadows is a neighborhood park, which provides more open space for homeowners to view as well as gives residents a nearby place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The community is further distinguished by decorative wrought iron fencing and two professionally landscaped common areas.

Another essential element affecting these buyers' decisions on where to live is access to transportation and the Loop.
